Some people on motorbikes prefer to make do with no more equipment than the mandatory motorcycle helmet (and there even are those who attempt to do without that as well.) Others spend thousands of dollar on riding gear and additional equipment.I have found over the years that you do need a fair bit of equipment if you're going to put in some serious time "in the saddle".
