On Tour My old Honda CB360, loaded with gear, parked by Lake Taupo - returning from my trip to Wellington. Time to Reflect The CB360 at a rest area on SH1 - not long after being ticketed for riding at 70mph. I sat on the large rock to contemplate my actions. Coffee Time Me sitting on the Puch SR150. This photo was taken in 2002 just after the Cambridge to Hamilton Child Cancer "Toy Run" organised by the local Ulysses Club. Both my wife, Juliet (aka strayjuliet), and I are wearing our Toy Run badges for that year but Juliet is wearing a second 2002 Toy Run badge on her stomach - over our yet-to-be-born first child. Starting Young Not content with merely attending the 2002 Toy Run in utero, this is our oldest son, aged about 2, on my Suzuki LS400. He was quite adept at climbing up onto it unassisted. It's not what you ride... ... it's who you share the road with. Littlesweetie2006's KR150 and my XT parked in Huntly. Hakarimata Range and the Waikato River in the background. 28 January 2007 |
